What a year we all have had and it looks like it is continuing into the new year.
We have a few topics to mention to keep you updated about the clinic

Firstly
What a confusing couple of weeks. We started in tier 3 moved to tier 4 and now we are in a nationwide lockdown again.

We have had confirmation that we can continue to see clients face to face if they have an injury, condition, are in pain, need rehabilitation or have a healthcare need.
To treat these we can use a range of modalities such as physiotherapy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, sports therapy or sports massage. So you can still book in with Sharon, Sophie or Hannah.
Whilst we are back to work our working hours will be different from normal to help keep everyone safe.

Unfortunately Lucy is not able to work and provide you with those lovely relaxing massages that everyone looks forward to.

Unfortunately we have still not been able to reopen our Houghton clinic and after hearing the news about the new national lockdown it doesn't appear that we will be back there before spring.

Secondly
Sharon is now back in the clinic.
As many of you are aware Sharon had major surgery in October and after a successful surgery and recovery she is now back at work.
She is working part time for now as she eases into work life again.
But be warned, she hasn't spoken to anyone for 13 weeks so she might talk your ear off!!!

Thirdly
Our lovely Sophie only has a few weeks left before she is going off on maternity leave. Sophie's last day is Friday 12th February so if you need to see her before she leaves book in fast to avoid disappointment.
Don't fret, Sophie will return to the clinic when she can tear herself away from her little bundle of joy.
If you need help whilst she is off the other members of staff will be able to help.

Lastly
We would just like to say a massive thank you to all our lovely clients for supporting us this past year. It has been a difficult year and probably not the best year to move into new premises but we made it with your help so thank you.
We can't wait to see all your smiling faces this year.
