The Plantar Fascia is found on the base of your foot and is part of the biggest sheet of connective tissue in your body known as the Superficial back line (SBL).

Plantar fasciitis is often described as a sharp stabbing pain when you first put your weight through your feet, like getting out of bed in the morning or getting up out of a chair after sitting for a while.

Traditional treatment for Plantar Fasciitis is usually on the foot, however by treating the whole of the SBL Plantar Fasciitis is less likely to return.
